Leiderschapsprogramma SJGH ziekenhuis Gambia - Leiderschapsprogramma SJGH ziekenhuis Gambia

In the summer of 2011 an evaluation of the leadership program in The Gambia has taken place. This project took place in association with 6 local public hospital directors. 
These directors indicate that cooperation has increases and that they have benefitted personally from the programm. Due to the long distances and the large costs, cooperation is not as much as they would like it to be. However because of the programm they now know how to find eachother en are able to make use of each other's expertise.

At this moment MMF is planning a meeting in The Gambia in April 2012. Goal of this visit is be clear on what issues support is needed/demanded.
