Requirement: 
Bringing the Mary Joy care and welfare organisation’s strategy plan in line with organisational development. 

Method: 
Utilise an interim manager along with a local consultant for 2x 2 weeks. 

Results:
Updated strategy plan 
Awareness that the strategy plan can be used as an organisational development tool (instead of being dependent on donations).
Adjustment the way in which capacity is developed and used in the organisation. 
Cultural exchange, as well as that of knowledge and experience. 
Transfer to/embed with local consultant.
