Moving Management Foundation matches problems to knowledge and expertise from its network. Projects are developed, co-ordinated and guided by the MMF. In the meantime, large numbers of (interim) managers and consultants are willing to share their knowledge and expertise with care organisations of developing countries at no charge.

In order to obtain permanent results, these people have to be available for at least two weeks per year. In addition, care organisation administrators and managers have also shown interest in one of the following methods of transferring and exchanging knowledge regarding management and organisational development:

• Groups (leadership programmes)
