Requirement:
Determine the need for increased capacity and strategic development support for the 5 homecare organisations in preparation for the termination of ICCO donated funding in 2010.
Method:
Utilisation of an interim manager for a 1-week period: examination of the requirements of homecare organisations and relevant stakeholders.
Results:
The proposed homecare operation and the quality thereof in accordance with Moldavian care requirements.
Due to insufficient guarantee of ownership, the project was not initiated.
